This policy explains what information the Gravity Heist mobile game (Android package
com.Koplay.GravityHeist) collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. Gravity Heist is
made by Koplay (Chen Kopel, the developer named on Google Play; "we", "us").
Gravity Heist shows no ads, offers no in-app purchases and has no accounts or chat. It includes Voodoo's TinySauce software kit, which sends analytics to Voodoo and GameAnalytics and measures installs with Adjust and Meta (Facebook SDK). The game's Privacy / GDPR screen, in the pause menu, lets you allow or refuse these.
Koplay is the developer of Gravity Heist and is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at support@koplaystudio.com.
Gravity Heist does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. If you email us, we also receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
These versions differ from the description above in three ways. Versions released after 0.1.54 do not have them.
We do not use this information to identify you or to show you ads.
Gravity Heist shows no ads. We advertise the game elsewhere and use Adjust and Meta, with your advertising identifier, to measure those campaigns, but only if you allow "Attribution". You can also delete or reset your advertising identifier, or opt out of ads personalization, at any time in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads). After you delete it, apps, including Gravity Heist, can no longer read it.
The game sends information only to the partners below. Each processes it under its own privacy policy, on our behalf or, for some of its own purposes, as an independent controller.
| Partner | Used for | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Voodoo | Provides the TinySauce kit, runs the location check, receives Voodoo analytics, and may see this game's GameAnalytics and Adjust reports to evaluate the game | voodoo.io/privacy |
| GameAnalytics | Gameplay analytics | gameanalytics.com/trust/privacy-notice |
| Adjust | Install attribution | adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy |
| Meta (Facebook SDK) | App events and install measurement | facebook.com/privacy/policy |
| Unity Technologies | Game engine crash reports (version 0.1.54 and earlier only) | unity.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| Distributes the game through Google Play; the game does not send Google information about you | policies.google.com/privacy |
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing your advertising identifier with Adjust and Meta to measure advertising may count as "sharing" under some US state laws. You can stop it by turning "Attribution" off in Privacy / GDPR, by deleting your advertising identifier in your device settings, or by contacting us. In version 0.1.54 and earlier, turning "Attribution" off did not stop Meta's SDK; deleting your advertising identifier in your device settings stops the game from sending it.
The first time the game starts, it asks the Voodoo location check whether the law where you are requires consent (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland). If it does, a consent screen lets you accept, continue without accepting, or open Options to allow or refuse "Audience measurement" and "Attribution" separately. Elsewhere, both are on unless you turn them off. If the check cannot be completed, nothing is switched on and the game asks again the next time it starts (see the note above for version 0.1.54 and earlier).
Wherever you are, you can change your choices at any time from Privacy / GDPR in the pause menu. A change takes full effect the next time the game starts. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before you withdrew it and does not delete data already collected; you can ask for deletion separately (see "Request user data deletion"). Uninstalling the game stops all further collection.
Your progress, settings and privacy choices, and the identifiers the partners above create, are stored on your device. You can delete them by clearing the game's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the game. This does not delete data already sent to partners; see "Request user data deletion".
The game sends data to our partners over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. GameAnalytics keeps event data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized and only aggregate totals are kept. Other partners keep data according to their own retention policies. We keep emails you send us only as long as needed to answer them and handle your request.
Our partners may process information in countries other than yours, which may include the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Gravity Heist is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The consent screen asks players to confirm that they are 16 or older before they accept, and some partners have a higher minimum age in their own policies; a store content rating does not change this. If you believe a child has used the game and data was collected, contact us and we will have it deleted.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@koplaystudio.com (see "Request user data deletion" for what to include). We will respond within the time required by law. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy, for example when the game's partners change. If an update adds ads or another service that collects information, this policy will be updated before that version is released. The date at the top shows the latest version.
When you install and use Gravity Heist, we and our partners can collect and process some of your data for the purposes described above.
Koplay and its third-party partners collect data:
The third-party partners Koplay shares data with are Voodoo, GameAnalytics, Adjust and Meta.
To delete data collected through Gravity Heist, email support@koplaystudio.com with the name of the game. The game does not show you the identifiers its partners use, so to help us find your data, also tell us your device model, the country you played in, roughly when you installed the game and when you last played it, and your advertising identifier if you can find it (Settings › Google › Ads). We will ask the partners concerned to delete the data that can be linked to your installation, and we will tell you if we cannot find it.
